MANZEL AL AHLAM VACATION HOMES CO. LLC "HOST" REFUND POLICY

These terms govern the Guest Refund Policy, superseding Host cancellation policies. Hosts and Guests, by using the Manzel Al Ahlam Platform, agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Travel Issue

• "Travel Issue" includes host cancellations, inaccurate property descriptions, and uninhabitable conditions at the booking's start.

2. Guest Refund Policy

• Manzel Al Ahlam may, at its discretion, reimburse Guests or find alternative accommodation for unused nights for Travel Issues.

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking start date. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before the booking.
